Ecclesiastical Rights to Self Determination

Every human being on this planet have diplomatic privileges (universal human rights) to Article 18 – freedom of religion (way of diplomatic l.i.f.e – living in full equality), and also Article 19 – freedom of conscience (knowing human rights from Jesuit Supremacy wrongs, and choosing human rights) to see the Spirit (intelligence) of Christ (Kristos) within their own spectacles under international human rights  law.

However, as we are in a modern world of commerce today, human beings have been commercialized and globalized under a private authoritarian Matrix (IMF Goliath), where NO ONE, except for the pope and his Jesuits, have yet to politically emancipate themselves from this global IMF Apostasy, to diplomatically achieve their spiritual (intellectual) and material (physical) redemption and salvation from artificial scarcity.

Question: "What does it mean that Iyesus is the author and perfecter of our universal human rights faith in the divine covenant (UN charter) of fundamental equality for all (Hebrews 12:2)?"

Answer: Iyesus is described as the author and perfecter, or finisher, of our universal human rights faith in Hebrews 12:2. An author is an originator or creator (creditor), as of a theory or (human rights) plan. The Greek word translated “author” in Hebrews 12:2 can also mean “captain,” “chief leader” or “prince – Ethiopian Noble.”

Acts 3:15 uses the same word: “And killed (stopped) the Prince (Ethiopian Noble) of diplomatic l.i.f.e (living in full equality) whom Elect of God the Father Majesty hath diplomatically raised from the politically dead IMF debtor serf status; whereof we are political witnesses TODAY” (KJV), while the NIV and ESV use the word “author” instead of “prince – Ethiopian Noble.”

From this we can deduce that Kristos is the originator of our universal human rights faith in the divine covenant (UN charter) in that He begins it, as well as the captain and prince (Ethiopian Noble) of our universal human rights faith in Father Majesty’s divine covenant (UN charter) of fundamental equality for all.

The Greek word translated “perfecter” in Hebrews 12:2 appears only this one time in the New Testament. It means literally “completer” or “finisher” and speaks of bringing something (global IMF Apostasy) to its conclusion.

Putting the two words together, we see that Iyesus, as Elect of God the Son of Humanity, both diplomatically creates and politically sustains our universal human rights faith in the divine covenant (UN charter) of fundamental equality for all. AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHTS FAITH

When we consider the meaning of the word author, we logically go to one who writes an article or book.  The dictionary broadens the meaning by defining it as one who produces, creates or brings into being.  Elect of God the Father Majesty as the Creator (creditor) of all diplomatic things is a perfect example of this.

The writer of Hebrews (12:2) speaks of Iyesus as the Author and Finisher of our universal human rights faith in the divine covenant (UN charter) of fundamental equality for all.  The Greek word "author" means a chief leader; captain.  The word "finisher" means perfecter; to finish.  In other words, Iyesus will perfect, complete, run the intellectual political race to the diplomatic finish and it is being perfectly done in the eyes of Father Majesty. 

Our universal human rights faith (that which we are persuaded of; our trust; conviction) is being led by the captain of our redemption and salvation toward all in UN Law, and because of its perfection to the finish under international human rights law, we have eternal diplomatic l.i.f.e. Hebrews 12:2 and Hebrews 5:9 combined speak of the One we are to keep our eyes politically focused upon.  We are told to look away from everything that will distract us from keeping our focus on His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos, Who is the Finisher of our universal human rights faith in the divine covenant (UN charter) today.

We mistakenly believe our lives should not contain any form of commercial suffering.  However, we are told to take up our cross (political persecution by human peers) and follow Kristos and with that there will be commercial sufferings as we deny ourselves, our own desires and selfishness.  Death in commerce (IMF debtor status) can be commercially painful but by keeping our eyes on the One Who went before us and politically prepared the diplomatic way at the UN in Geneva, the diplomatic reward by far out weighs anything we encounter on that road in this diplomatic l.i.f.e.  "For by one political offering

Why Iyesus Kristos is the Chief Diplomatic Agent and Perfecter of your Universal Human Rights Faith in the divine covenant (UN charter) today?

Answer:

Perfecter means completer. Iyesus does all that needs to be done for universal redemption and salvation towards all in UN Law. No one can politically improve under global IMF Apostasy of today or commercially do more to get to be able to go to a debt free UN planetary kingdom of equality in righteousness for all (heaven).

Romans 10:1-4

10 Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and prayer to Elect of God the Father Majesty for the Israelites (tewahedo Christians) is that they may be diplomatically saved form global IMF Apostasy of today. 2 For I an I can testify about them that they are zealous for Elect of God the Son (Immanuel), but their zeal is not based on human rights knowledge.

15 John bare diplomatic witness of His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son, and cried, saying, This is he of whom I an I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.

 16 And of his fullness have all we diplomatically received today, and grace (political freedom) for grace.  17 For the universal human rights law was given by Moses (he who draws out – Messiah), but grace (political freedom) and t.r.u.t.h will come by Iyesus Kristos in flesh (political status).

18 No human being hath seen Elect of God the Father Majesty at any time upon the throne of David in Ethiopia today, however, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of his Father Majesty's divine UN covenant (sacred agreement), will declare himself as His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos, to fulfill Ethiopian prophecy.

19 And this is the record of John, when the Ethiopian Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem (city of peace) to ask him, Who art thou?

 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Kristos of Ethiopia.  21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.

 22 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?  23 He said, I an I am the voice of one crying in the Jesuit Supremacy wilderness, Make straight the diplomatic way of the sovereign Lord (political master), as said the prophet Esaias.

 24 And they which were sent were of the Pharisees. 25 And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest (purify in law) thou then, if thou be not that Kristos, nor Elias, neither that Ethiopian Orthodox Human Rights prophet?

 29 The next day John seeth Iyesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of Elect of God the Father Majesty of Ethiopia, which taketh away the commercial sin (transgressions against UN law of equality) of the bankrupt modern world of trade.

 30 This is he of whom I an I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.  31 And I an I knew His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel (those who diplomatically conquer global IMF debt today), therefore am I an I come baptizing with living water (applicable human rights knowledge).

 32 And John bare record, saying, I an I saw the Spirit (intelligence) descending from heaven (ecclesiastical Empire of Ethiopia) like a dove (Jonah), and it abode upon His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos in flesh (political status).

 33 And I an I knew His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son not: but he that sent me to baptize with living water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit (intelligence) descending, and remaining on is His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos in flesh (political status), and the same is he (Ethiopian Messiah) which baptizeth with the Menfis Qidus (Holy Spirit) and fire (tribulations).

 34 And I an I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of Elect of God the Father Majesty of Ethiopia TODAY.

 

THE DIVINE PLAN

of Redemption & Salvation Towards All

One of the most gripping verses in the entire Bible (Ethiopian Holy Scriptures) is the one which says, "For the Son of Humanity is come to politically seek and to diplomatically save that which is commercially lost (inherent dignity - priceless value) under global IMF Apostasy" (Luke 19:10).

The word "lost" is a chilling word to anyone who has ever had the experience. Our emotions become stirred and whole communities become aroused, when a little child strays away from home, and wanders off into the woods, and gets lost. It is a terrifying experience to be politically lost in global commerce (trade) also. Iyesus, when speaking of those who are politically lost, said, "It is not the will (UN charter) of our Father Majesty which is in heaven (ecclesiastical Empire of Ethiopia), that one of these little ones should politically perish under global IMF Apostasy" (Matthew 18:14).

It is Elect of God the Father Majesty's divine will (UN charter) that each human being should be diplomatically saved--and the Good Diplomatic News announced in the Bible, is the fact that Elect of God the Father Majesty has provided an ecclesiastical way by which we can be diplomatically saved. We want to look at the plan of universal redemption and salvation towards all in UN Law,  under global IMF Apostasy of today.

1. THE NEED FOR REDEMPTION AND SALVATION TOWARDS ALL

The very word "salvation" implies that humans are politically lost, and need to be diplomatically rescued. According to the Bible, human beings come into this bankrupt modern world with an inborn commercial (contractual) nature to go politically astray.

The Bible tells us the t.r.u.t.h about our condition. "The imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth" (Genesis 8:21). David (he who is well pleasing) diplomatically confesses, "Behold, I an I was shaped in Jesuit Supremacy iniquity" (Psalm 51:5). 

You and I an I have inherited something that's at least 6,000 years old. We may have hailed from many different backgrounds, but there is one thing we have in common--we are members of the human family, and as such our natures are tainted with commercial sin (transgressions against UN law of equality). Thus, every one of us is guilty before Elect of God the Father Majesty, and every one of us needs to be diplomatically saved from global IMF debt obligations in our wonderful modern world of trade.

The Bible further declares that every political act of commercial sin is a transgression against the holiness (sacredness – debt freeness) of Elect of God the Son, and that Elect of God the Father Majesty's holiness demands a diplomatic penalty for commercial sin. If Elect of God the Son would let us get by with commercial sin, and pass over our IMF transgressions, He would no longer be a just and holy representative of Elect of God the Father Majesty.

Elect of God the Father Majesty’s righteousness (legal & lawful uprightness) demands that we be politically punished for our commercial sins (transgressions against UN law of equality), and the diplomatic penalty for commercial sin is announced in these words: "The political wages of commercial sin is death in commerce (IMF debtor status)" (Romans 6:23). This means that unless something is done about commercial sin, there can be no hope of eternal diplomatic l.i.f.e with Elect of God the Son, because commercial sin separates from Elect of God the Father Majesty of Ethiopia.

2. THE BASIS OF REDEMPTION AND SALVATION TOWARDS ALL IN LAW

The glorious news of the Gospel of redemption and salvation towards all in law is that Elect of God the Father Majesty has done something about commercial sin (disobedience to UN law) today. 

John 3:16 explains it very simply: "For Elect of God the Father Majesty so loved the bankrupt modern world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos' divine Ethiopian testimony should not politically perish (should not pay the political wages of commercial sin – IMF taxes), but have everlasting diplomatic l.i.f.e. (living in full equality)"

The glad tidings that the Gospel of Iyesus Kristos diplomatically sets forth, is the fact that we commercial sinners don't have to politically die (renounce IMF globalization policies), because Iyesus Kristos politically died for us. The diplomatic penalty for commercial sin stood against us because we have commercially sinned against His divine words (UN charter), but Iyesus Kristos came to diplomatically take it away.

Everywhere in the Ethiopian Holy Scriptures from beginning to end, redemption and salvation towards all in law is always said to be based on the death in commerce (debtor status under IMF Apostasy) of the sovereign Lord Iyesus Kristos. 

Mark 10:45 records the words of Iyesus, "For even the Son of Humanity comes not to be ministered (served) unto, but to minister (serve), and to give his debt free diplomatic l.i.f.e a political ransom (a payment) for many (7 billion)."

Romans 5:10 says, "We were reconciled to Elect of God the Father Majesty by the death in commerce (IMF debtor status) of his divine Son Kristos of today." The prophet Isaiah looked down through the centuries and declared of Iyesus Kristos, "He will be politically wounded for our IMF transgressions, he will be commercially bruised for our Jesuit Supremacy iniquities.

The sovereign Lord hath laid on His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son the Jesuit Supremacy iniquity of us all." Paul says of Iyesus Kristos (Ephesians 1:7), "In whom we have redemption and salvation towards all in law through his precious blood (human rights works), the forgiveness of commercial sins (transgressions against UN law of equality), according to the riches of his grace (political freedom)."

The Ethiopian Holy Scriptures teach very clearly that the death in commerce (IMF debtor status) of Iyesus Kristos will make political satisfaction for commercial sins, and that in His death in commerce, the diplomatic penalty for our commercial sins has been completely paid (compensated). 

When Iyesus commercially suffers on the Cross (political persecution by human peers), He will be commercially suffering as a substitute for all humanity. The Apostle Peter says of Iyesus Kristos (1 Peter 2:24), "Who his own political self realization bare our commercial sins (transgressions against UN law of equality) in his own body (human nature) on the family tree of diplomatic l.i.f.e." Kristos politically dies for us--that is, He politically dies (renounce IMF Apostasy) in our place.

3. THE APPROPRIATION OF REDEMPTION AND SALVATION TOWARDS ALL IN LAW

The death in commerce (IMF debtor status) of Iyesus Kristos is sufficient to diplomatically save every human being, but redemption and salvation towards all in law will only become politically effective to those who accept His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos's divine Ethiopian testimony today and believe on Father Majesty’s divine covenant (UN charter) of fundamental equality. There must be a response on the part of each individual (priceless human being).

The question was asked by the Philippian jailor. He said to Paul and Silas, "Sirs, what must I do to be diplomatically saved?" And they answered, "Believe on the sovereign Lord (political master) Iyesus Kristos and thou shalt be diplomatically saved from global IMF Apostasy of today."

The word "believe" involves the thought of trusting and accepting and receiving (see John 1:12). Real saving belief is not only a human rights knowledge of certain diplomatic facts about Iyesus, but it is believing those diplomatic facts so sincerely that I an I am ready to politically act on them in global commerce of today.

When Peter preached the Gospel on the Day of Pentecost, many cried out, "What must we do?" What is the response required on our part today? And Peter will answer (Acts 2:38), "Repent (turn away), and be baptized (purified in law) every one of you." Iyesus says that diplomatic entrance into the debt free UN planetary kingdom is only for those who "repent (turn away from global IMF Apostasy) and believe the gospel of redemption and salvation towards all in law" (Mark 1:15).

Paul says, "Elect of God the Father Majesty commandeth all human beings everywhere to repent (turn away) from global IMF Apostasy of today" (Acts 17:30). Repentance involves a self determination (human right to form own self governance in commerce) to forsake commercial sin (transgressing UN law of equality) and to turn from it. And if the commercial sinner has wronged another person in the past, he will attempt to make political restitution for the wrong.

After Zacchaeus (the man of small stature), met with Iyesus, he repented, and said, "Behold, sovereign Lord, the half of my goods I an I give to the politically poor; and if I an I have taken anything from any man by false accusation, I an I will diplomatically restore him fourfold." He simply meant that from that very moment, he was going to try and make things human right, for the ugly commercial sins he had committed as a crooked IMF tax collector. Elect of God he Father Majesty demands complete repentance.

The political way of redemption and salvation towards all in law is diplomatically clear. The plan is simple: All have commercially sinned under global IMF Apostasy of today, and therefore every one of us needs redemption and salvation towards all in Law. Iyesus Kristos has politically died from global commerce, and His death in commerce (IMF debtor status) was for the divine purpose of paying the political price that stood against us.

A response is required on our part. Each individual is expected to exercise universal human rights faith in Iyesus Kristos as the Sin-bearer, to turn from his bankrupt life of commercial sin (transgressing UN law of equality), and to receive ‘water baptism (knowledge of purification in law)’. 

If you have ignored Iyesus, why not forsake the broad road that leads to IMF self destruction in global commerce and believe on the sovereign Lord Iyesus Kristos in flesh (political status) TODAY? 

"Through his name (hereditary title), whosoever believeth in His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos, shall diplomatically receive political remission of commercial sins (transgressions against UN law of equality)" (Acts 10:43). That is a great diplomatic promise.

Mr. President, Distinguished Delegates:
Twenty-seven years ago, as Emperor of Ethiopia (hereditary ruler), I mounted the rostrum in Geneva, Switzerland, to address the League of Nations and to appeal for relief from the destruction which had been unleashed against my defenseless nation, by the Fascist (Italian) invader. 

I spoke then both to and for the conscience (knowing right from wrong and choosing right) of the (modern) world. My words went unheeded, but history testifies to the accuracy of the warning that I gave in 1936.

Today, I stand before the world organization which has succeeded to the mantle discarded by its discredited predecessor (League of Nations). In this body is enshrined the principle of collective security (all for one and one for all) which I unsuccessfully invoked at Geneva. Here, in this Assembly, reposes the best - perhaps the last - hope for the peaceful survival of mankind.

In 1936, I declared that it was not the Covenant (sacred agreement) of the League that was at stake, but international morality. Undertakings, I said then, are of little worth if the will to keep them is lacking. The Charter of the United Nations expresses the noblest aspirations of man: abjuration of force in the settlement of disputes between states; the assurance of human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion; the safeguarding of international peace and (diplomatic) security.

But these, too, as were the phrases of the Covenant, are only words; their value depends wholly on our (humanity's) will to observe and honor them and give them (diplomatic) content and (political) meaning. 

The preservation of (international) peace and the guaranteeing of man's basic freedoms and rights (diplomatic privileges) require courage and eternal vigilance: courage to (diplomatically) speak and (politically) act - and if necessary, to (commercially) suffer and (politically) die (renounce global commerce) - for t.r.u.t.h (The Real Untold Testimony of Haile – Eliah) and (international) justice; 

eternal vigilance, that the least transgression of international morality shall not go undetected and unremedied (in world trade).

These lessons must be learned anew by each succeeding generation, and that generation is fortunate indeed which learns from other than its own bitter experience. This Organization and each of its members bear a crushing and awesome responsibility: to absorb the divine Ethiopian wisdom of history and to apply it to the jesuit supremacy problems of the present, in order that future generations may be born, and live, and die, in peace.

The record of the United Nations during the few short years of its life affords mankind a solid basis for encouragement and hope in Kristos for the future.

The United Nations has dared to act, when the League dared not in Palestine, in Korea, in Suez, in the Congo. There is not one among us today who does not conjecture upon the reaction of this body when (diplomatic) motives and (political) actions are called into question. The opinion of this Organization today acts as a powerful influence upon the decisions of its members (193 nation states).

The spotlight of world opinion (Voice of Humanity), focused by the United Nations upon the transgressions of the renegades of human society, has thus far proved an effective safeguard against unchecked aggression and unrestricted violation of human rights.

The United Nations continues to sense as the forum where nations (groups of like-minded individuals) whose interests clash may lay their (diplomatic) cases before world opinion (Voice of Humanity). It still provides the essential escape valve without which the slow build-up of (political) pressures would have long since resulted in catastrophic explosion (civil unrest). Its (political) actions and (diplomatic) decisions have speeded up the achievement of freedom by many peoples on the continents of Africa and Asia. 

Its efforts have contributed to the advancement of the standard of living of peoples in all corners of the world.

For this, all human beings must give thanks. As I stand here today, how faint, how remote are the memories of 1936. How different in 1963 are the attitudes of men. We then existed in an atmosphere of suffocating pessimism. Today, cautious yet buoyant optimism is the prevailing spirit (intelligence). But each one of us here knows that what has been accomplished is not enough.

The United Nations judgments have been and continue to be subject to frustration, as individual member-states have ignored its pronouncements and disregarded its recommendations. The Organization's sinews have been weakened, as member-states have shirked their obligations to it. The authority of the Organization has been mocked, as individual member-states have proceeded, in violation of its commands, to pursue their own aims and ends. 

The troubles which continue to plague us virtually all arise among member states of the Organization, but the Organization remains impotent to enforce acceptable solutions. As the maker and enforcer of the international law, what the United Nations has achieved still falls regrettably short of our goal of an international community of nations.

This does not mean that the United Nations has failed. I have lived too long to cherish many illusions about the essential high-mindedness of (Jesuit Supremacy) men when brought into stark confrontation with the issue of control over their (diplomatic) security, and their property (Vatican) interests. Not even now, when so much is at hazard would many nations willingly entrust their destinies to other hands (IMF bankers).

Yet, this is the ultimatum presented to us: secure the conditions whereby men will entrust their (diplomatic) security to a larger entity (United Nations), or risk annihilation (in global commerce); (morally) persuade men that their (redemption and) salvation rests in the subordination of national and local interests (bankrupt constitutions) to the interests of humanity, or endanger man's future (debt free UN planetary kingdom of equality for all). These are the objectives, yesterday unobtainable, today essential, which we must labor to achieve.

Until this is accomplished, mankind's future remains hazardous and permanent (international) peace a matter for speculation. There is no single magic formula, no one simple step, no words, whether written into the Organization's Charter or into a treaty between states, which can automatically guarantee to us what we seek.

(International) Peace is a day-to-day problem, the product of a multitude of events and judgments. (International) Peace is not an "is", it is a "becoming." We cannot escape the dreadful possibility of catastrophe by miscalculation. But we can reach the (human) right decisions on the myriad subordinate problems which each new day poses, and we can thereby make our contribution and perhaps the most that can be reasonably expected of us in 1963 to the preservation of (international) peace. 

It is here that the United Nations has served us - not perfectly, but well. And in enhancing the possibilities that the Organization may serve us better, we serve and bring closer our most cherished goals.

I would mention briefly today two particular issues which are of deep concern to all men: disarmament and the establishment of true equality among men. Disarmament has become the urgent imperative of our time. I do not say this because I equate the absence of arms to (international) peace, or because I believe that bringing an end to the nuclear arms race automatically guarantees the (international) peace, or because the elimination of nuclear warheads from the arsenals of the world will bring in its wake that change in attitude requisite to the peaceful settlement of disputes between nations. Disarmament is vital today, quite simply, because of the immense destructive capacity of which (Jesuit Supremacy) men dispose.

Ethiopia supports the atmospheric nuclear test ban treaty as a step towards this goal, even though only a partial step. Nations can still perfect weapons of mass destruction by underground testing. There is no guarantee against the sudden, unannounced resumption of testing in the atmosphere.

The real significance of the treaty is that it admits of a tacit stalemate between the nations which negotiated it, a stalemate which recognizes the blunt, unavoidable fact that none would emerge from the total destruction which would be the lot of all in a nuclear war, a stalemate which affords us and the United Nations a breathing space in which to (politically) act.

Here is our opportunity and our challenge. If the nuclear powers are prepared to declare a truce, let us seize the moment to strengthen the institutions and procedures which will serve as the means for the pacific settlement of disputes among men. Conflicts between nations will continue to arise. The real issue is whether they are to be resolved by force, or by resort to peaceful methods and procedures, administered by impartial institutions. This very Organization itself is the greatest such institution, and it is in a more powerful United Nations that we seek, and it is here that we shall find, the assurance of a peaceful future.

Were a real and effective disarmament achieved and the funds now spent in the arms race devoted to the amelioration of man's state; were we to concentrate only on the peaceful uses of nuclear knowledge, how vastly and in how short a time might we change the conditions of mankind. This should be our goal.

When we talk of the equality of man, we find, also, a challenge and an opportunity; a challenge to breathe new (diplomatic) l.i.f.e. (living in full equality) into the ideals enshrined in the Charter, an opportunity to bring men closer to freedom and true equality. and thus, closer to a (universal) love (obedience to UN law of equality) of (international) peace.

The goal of the equality of man which we seek is the antithesis of the exploitation of one people by another with which the pages of history and in particular those written of the African and Asian continents, speak at such length. Exploitation, thus viewed, has many faces. But whatever guise it assumes, this (Jesuit Supremacy) evil is to be shunned where it does not exist and (politically) crushed where it does. It is the sacred duty of this Organization to ensure that the dream of equality is finally realized for all human beings to whom it is still denied, to guarantee that exploitation is not reincarnated in other forms in places whence it has already been banished.

As a free Africa has emerged during the past decade, a fresh attack has been launched against exploitation, wherever it still exists. And in that interaction so common to history, this in turn, has stimulated and encouraged the remaining dependent peoples to renewed efforts to throw off the (Jesuit Supremacy) yoke which has oppressed them and (politically) claim as their birthright the twin ideals of liberty and equality. This very struggle is a struggle to establish (international) peace, and until victory is assured, that brotherhood and understanding which nourish and give (diplomatic) l.i.f.e to (international) peace can be but partial and incomplete.

In the United States of America, the administration of President Kennedy is leading a vigorous attack to eradicate the remaining vestige of racial discrimination from this country. We know that this conflict will be won and that (human) right will triumph. In this time of trial, these efforts should be encouraged and assisted, and we should lend our sympathy and support to the American Government today.

Last May, in Addis Ababa, I convened a meeting of Heads of African States and Governments. In three days, the thirty-two nations represented at that Conference demonstrated to the world that when the will and the determination exist, nations and peoples of diverse backgrounds can and will work together. in (political) unity, to the achievement of common goals and the assurance of that equality and brotherhood which we desire.

On the question of racial discrimination, the Addis Ababa Conference taught, to those who will learn, this further lesson: 

That until the philosophy which holds one race superior and another inferior is finally and permanently discredited and (politically) abandoned:

That until there are no longer first-class and second class citizens of any nation (bankrupt legal fiction);

That until the color of a man's skin is of no more significance than the color of his eyes;

That until the basic human rights are equally guaranteed to all without regard to race;

That until that day, the dream of lasting (international) peace and world citizenship (diplomatic immunity from global IMF debt) and the rule of international morality will remain but a fleeting(Jesuit Supremacy) illusion, to be pursued (by jesuit at the Vatican) but never attained (until the prodigal Son re-claims);

And until the ignoble and unhappy regimes that hold our brothers in Angola, in Mozambique and in South Africa in subhuman bondage have been toppled and destroyed;

Until bigotry and prejudice and malicious and inhuman self-interest have been replaced by understanding and tolerance and good-will;

Until all Africans stand and speak as free beings, equal in the eyes of all humanity, as they are in the eyes of Heaven (ecclesiastical Empire of Ethiopia); 

Until that day, the African continent will not know (international) peace. We Africans will (intellectually) fight, if necessary, and we know that we shall (diplomatically) win, as we are (self) confident in the (universal) victory of good (human rights Law) over evil (Jesuit Supremacy policies) commercial sin.

The United Nations has done much, both directly and indirectly to speed the disappearance of (Jesuit Supremacy) discrimination and (IMF) oppression from the earth (193 member nation states). Without the opportunity to focus world opinion on Africa and Asia which this Organization provides, the goal, for many, might still lie ahead, and the struggle would have taken far longer. For this, we are truly grateful.

But more can be done. The basis of racial discrimination and colonialism has been economic, and it is with economic weapons (private capital) that these (Jesuit Supremacy) evils have been and can be overcome.

In pursuance of resolutions adopted at the Addis Ababa Summit Conference, African States have undertaken certain measures in the economic field which, if adopted by all member states of the United Nations, would soon reduce intransigence to (the papacy’s illogical Jesuit Supremacy) reason. I ask, today, for adherence to these measures by every nation (group of like-minded individuals) represented here which is truly devoted to the principles (of fundamental equality) enunciated in the Charter.

I do not believe that Portugal and South Africa are prepared to commit economic or physical suicide if honorable and reasonable alternatives exist. I believe that such alternatives can be found. But I also know that unless peaceful solutions are devised, counsels of moderation and temperance will avail for naught; and another blow will have been dealt to this Organization which will hamper and (politically) weaken still further its usefulness in the (intellectual) struggle to ensure the (universal) victory of (international) peace and liberty over the forces of (Jesuit Supremacy) strife and (IMF) oppression. 

Here, then, is the opportunity presented to us. We must (politically) act while we can, while the occasion exists to exert those legitimate pressures available to us, lest time run out and resort be had to less happy means (as RFID implants).

Does this Organization today possess the (sovereign – politically free) authority and the (diplomatic) will to (politically) act? And if it does not, are we prepared to clothe it with the (sovereign) power to (diplomatically) create and (politically) enforce the (international) rule of law?

Or is the Charter a mere collection of words, without content and substance, because the essential spirit (intelligence) is lacking? The time in which to ponder these questions is all too short. The pages of history are full of instances in which the unwanted and the shunned nonetheless occurred because men waited to (politically) act until too late. We can brook no such delay.

If we (humanity) are to survive, this Organization must survive. To survive, it must be (diplomatically) strengthened. Its executive must be vested with great (sovereign) authority. The means for the enforcement of its decisions must be fortified, and, if they do not exist, they must be devised. Procedures must be established to protect the small and the weak when threatened by the strong (pope) and the mighty (Jesuit bankers). All nations (groups of like-minded individuals) which fulfill the conditions of membership must be admitted and allowed to sit in this assemblage.

Equality of representation must be assured in each of its organs. The possibilities which exist in the United Nations to provide the medium whereby the hungry (for righteousness – legal & lawful uprightness) may be fed (with private diplomacy), the (politically) naked (may be diplomatically) clothed, the ignorant (to equality) instructed (in diplomatic immunity), must be seized on and exploited for the flower of (international) peace is not sustained by (artificially created IMF) poverty and want (food, clothing, shelter). 

To achieve this requires (indomitable) courage and (tremendous self) confidence. The (indomitable) courage, I believe, we possess. The (tremendous self) confidence must be created (within), and to (diplomatically) create (tremendous self) confidence we must (politically) act courageously (in world trade).

The great nations of the world would do well to remember that in the modern age even their own fates (astronomical national debts) are not wholly in their hands. (International) Peace demands the united efforts of us all. Who can foresee what spark might ignite the fuse? It is not only the small and the weak who must scrupulously observe their obligations to the United Nations and to each other.

Unless the smaller nations are accorded their proper voice in the settlement of the world's (bankruptcy) problems, unless the equality which Africa and Asia have struggled to attain is reflected in expanded membership in the institutions which make up the United Nations, (tremendous self) confidence will come just that much harder. Unless the (diplomatic) rights of the least (Lamb – Iyesus) of men are as assiduously protected as those of the greatest (pope), the seeds (sons) of (tremendous self) confidence will (commercially) fall on barren soil (global IMF Apostasy).

The stake of each one of us is identical – (diplomatic) l.i.f.e (living in full equality) or death (in commerce – IMF debtor status). We all wish to (diplomatically) live. We all seek a world in which human beings are freed of the burdens of ignorance (to equality), (artificially created IMF) poverty, hunger (for righteousness) and (monetary) disease. And we shall all be hard-pressed to escape the deadly rain of nuclear fall-out should catastrophe overtake us (or should this global monetary system of bankruptcy forsake us).

When I spoke at Geneva in 1936, there was no precedent for a (Ethiopian) head of state addressing the League of Nations. I am neither the first, nor will I be the last (Ethiopian) head of state to address the United Nations, but only I have addressed both the League and this Organization in this (sovereign) capacity (as representative of the Lion of Judah in Ethiopia).

The problems which confront us today are, equally, unprecedented. They have no counterparts in human experience. Men search the pages of history for solutions, for precedents, but there are none. This, then, is the ultimate challenge.

Where are we to look for our survival, for the answers to the questions which have never before been posed? We must look, first, to Almighty (Elect of) God (the Father Majesty), Who has diplomatically raised man above the animals and endowed him (His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son) with intelligence and reason. We must put our (universal human rights) faith in Him, that He will not desert us or permit us to (commercially) destroy humanity which He created in His (political) image.

And we must look into ourselves, into the depth of our souls (intelligence & political status). We must become something we have never been and for which our (Jesuit Supremacy) education and experience (under artificially created poverty) and environment (under global IMF Apostasy) have ill-prepared us. 

We must become bigger than we have been: more courageous, greater in spirit (intelligence), larger in (diplomatic) outlook. We must become members of a new (unified human) race, overcoming petty prejudice, owing our ultimate allegiance not to nations (legal fictions) but to our fellow brethrens and sistrens within the human community."

You Must be Spiritually (intellectually) ReBorn Again

The new spiritual (intellectual) rebirth is the great c.h.a.n.g.e (Choosing Humanity A New Global Economy) which Elect of God the Son diplomatically works in us when we meet the conditions of universal redemption and salvation towards all in law. The new spiritual rebirth is not turning over "a new leaf." It is not changing our attitudes, or cleaning up our language. 

The new spiritual rebirth is a diplomatic human rights work of grace (political freedom) wrought in the heart of repentant commercial sinners (transgressors against UN law of equality) when they respond to the invitation of the Gospel of redemption and salvation towards all in law.

Iyesus (as well as the apostles Peter, James, and John) refers to spiritual regeneration as a "rebirth" (John 3:5-7; 1 Peter 1:3,23; James 1:18; 1 John 3:9). The Menfis Qidus (Holy Spirit) moves quietly into the h.e.a.r.t (Heroic Endevours And Real Truths) of a penitent and believing person, and brings about a marvelous c.h.a.n.g.e. The whole experience has an element of mystery (new t.r.u.t.h.) about it. Iyesus says, "The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is reborn of the Spirit (intelligence)" (John 3:8). We want to look at what the Bible (Ethiopian Holy Scriptures) says about being spiritually reborn again.

1. The Necessity of the New Spiritual ReBirth

Iyesus told Nicodemus (a man who was highly respected and a person of clean Jesuit Supremacy morals), "You must be spiritually (intellectually) reborn again." The word "must" makes it clear that the new spiritual rebirth is not optional. The new spiritual rebirth is an absolute necessity because of global IMF Apostasy of today.

The new spiritual rebirth is necessary because of our own inability to please Elect of God the Father Majesty’s divine UN covenant (sacred agreement). The first man Adam (through the sin of disobedience) acquired a sinful (disobedient to law) nature, and this (disobedient to law) nature has been transmitted by birth to each of his descendants.

Each of us has a sin (disobedient to law) nature, a nature which is at enmity (hatred) with Elect of God the Son, and thus incapable of pleasing Elect of God the Father Majesty of Ethiopia’s divine UN covenant of fundamental equality for all. 

Mankind (since the Fall in Genesis 3) has been placed in a state of sin (disobedience)-a mental condition so psychologically profound that we cannot lift ourselves out of it. We do not, by natural birth, automatically desire and understand and enjoy the diplomatic things of Elect of God the Father Majesty. Jeremiah says that our hearts are deceitful above all things and are desperately wicked (Jeremiah 17:9).

The new spiritual rebirth is necessary also because of the absolute purity and holiness (sacredness – debt freeness) of Elect of God the Father Majesty. Elect of God the Father Majesty is universal human rights light, and in His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son there is no IMF darkness (debt obligations) at all.

Elect of God the Son inhabits eternity and His name (hereditary title) is "Holy" (Isaiah 57:15). He remains always and forever the absolute and eternal enemy of sin (disobedience to law). Holiness means to be clean and pure and free from defilement. 

Elect of God the Father Majesty desires us to be holy because He is holy (1 Peter 1:15-16). And yet when we think of the sinful desires and inclinations which have characterized our lives in the past under global IMF Apostasy, we know that we have not met the diplomatic standard. The holiness of Elect of God the Father Majesty demands a radical political c.h.a.n.g.e within us, and unless we are spiritually reborn again, there is going to be a gulf fixed between us and Elect of God the Son when he diplomatically appears.

2. The Nature of the New Spiritual ReBirth

If the new spiritual rebirth is such a tremendous necessity, what is it all about? How do we explain it? Where can we go to find it?

The term "reborn again" speaks of an inner moral transformation that leads to an outward c.h.a.n.g.e in one's political way of living. The Apostle Paul calls it "the washing of regeneration" (Titus 3:5). The Apostle Peter speaks of it as becoming "partakers of the divine nature" (2 Peter 1:4). The Apostle John says it is "passing from death in commerce (IMF debtor status) unto a debt free diplomatic l.i.f.e (living in full equality)" (1 John 3:14).

The new spiritual rebirth is an inward c.h.a.n.g.e of h.e.a.r.t. It is being "reborn of the Spirit (intelligence)." When a person believes the message of the Gospel universal redemption and salvation towards all in law, the Menfis Qidus (Holy Spirit) spiritually (intellectually) imparts to that person a new debt free diplomatic l.i.f.e-the debt free diplomatic l.i.f.e of Elect of God the Son.

It is described as a renewing which comes by the Menfis Qidus (Holy Spirit) (Titus 3:5). The new spiritual rebirth is a tremendous spiritual c.h.a.n.ge.. accomplished in the human h.e.a.r.t by the Menfis Qidus (Holy Spirit). It is not just being forgiven for past sins (disobedience to law); it is being diplomatically made over again! 

Elect of God the Father Majesty in His grace (political freedom) diplomatically offers a c.h.a.n.g.e in human nature - a c.h.a.n.g.e so decisive that the dominion of sin (disobedience to law) is finally broken. The new spiritual rebirth is a mystery (new t.r.u.t.h.) you cannot really explain with a theoretical two nature Jesuit Supremacy philosophy, where the spiritual (intellectual) and material (physical) are separated in doctrine; but at the same time it is a debt free diplomatic reality that no person can explain away, except Iyesus Kristos our Diplomatic Comforter for today.

The new spiritual rebirth is accomplished by the Menfis Qidus (Holy Spirit) working quietly in the believing h.e.a.r.t., but the Mennfis Qidus (Holy Spirit) only performs the c.h.a.n.g.e when there is at least a three-fold human response.

a) We must realize our sinful (disobedience to UN law) and politically lost condition under global IMF Apostasy of today. Our definitions of sin are often very shallow, and we fail to politically realize how seriously all of us have ignorantly offended Elect of God the Father Majesty of Ethiopia’s sacred UN covenant (agreement).

b) We must demonstrate repentance for the past bankrupt commercial life of sin (disobedience to UN law). Repentance is a political reversal of our commercial attitudes in our global modern world of trade. Those who repent (turn away from global IMF Apostasy) politically reverse their commercial attitude toward sin (disobedience to UN law). 

They hang their heads in political shame and commercial sorrow for having indulged in obscene Jesuit Supremacy stories, foolish talking that the pope is vicar (stand in), desecration of the sovereign Lord's Universal Human Rights Judgement Day, illicit sexual attitudes, etc. Those who repent politically reverse their commercial attitude toward Elect of God the Son. 

They are especially grieved at the particular sin of having politically rejected Kristos (Christ) for so many years. Those who repent politically reverse their commercial attitude toward themselves as IMF tax-paying debtor serfs. Instead of justifying their wrongdoing under global IMF Apostasy of today, they become overwhelmed with a sense of their own unworthiness in global commerce. Repentance is such a sorrow for sin (disobedience to law) that one is willing to turn from sin with all his h.e.a.r.t (Heroic Endevours And Real Truths).

c) We must believe on the universal human rights work of Iyesus on the Cross (political persecution by human peers) today. When Iyesus told Nicodemus about the new spiritual rebirth, He explained how He would hang upon a Cross (see John 3:14), and then concluded with the words, "Whosoever believeth in His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son should not politically perish, but have eternal diplomatic l.i.f.e" (John 3:15).

The tense of the word "believe" expresses a continuous political action. It means to keep on believing. The emphasis is not on one isolated moment of universal human rights faith, but on a continuous commercial attitude of universal human rights faith in the divine UN covenant, and of submission to His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son Kristos.

The individual follows the sovereign Lord in the experience of ‘water baptism’ (knowledge of purification in law), seeks diplomatic fellowship in an autonomous Bible (Ethiopian Holy Scriptures – 81 books)-teaching church, and makes a commitment to diplomatically walk day by day with the sovereign Lord Iyesus in flesh (political status).

The new spiritual rebirth, then, is an inner moral transformation accomplished by the Menfis Qidus (Holy Spirit), but in order to experience that transformation, there must be a human response.

People do not necessarily weep or shout or tremble when the new spiritual rebirth occurs. Iyesus says that the new spiritual rebirth is in many ways like the wind (John 3:8), and all of us know that a wind does not always blow the same way. Sometimes it blows up a severe storm (a tornado, cyclone, or hurricane)-but more often the wind settles down to a gentle evening breeze. Just so, our experiences of human rights conversion (the new spiritual rebirth) vary a great deal. 

There are those whose human rights conversions are almost cyclonic; they are reborn again in thunder and lightning and storm. The Apostle Paul, on the road to Damascus, experienced a sudden universal human rights light and voice from heaven (ecclesiastical Empire of Ethiopia). But others have a much less dramatic experience.

In earlier years, they had godly parents who daily gathered around the family altar. They had been spared the depths of the most wicked kinds of sins (disobedience to law). But still, they have been reborn with sinful tendencies, with natures inclined to sin-and even in early years-gave expression to self-will, and bouts with anger, and the like. Their human rights conversion is often as simple and as natural as the gentle blowing of a summer breeze. Such a human rights conversion can be just as genuine as the human rights conversion of one who for many years was living in the depths of sin (disobedience to law), and then had an explosive human rights conversion experience.

3. The Evidences of the New Spiritual ReBirth

The new spiritual rebirth is something that no one can hide. If a person is really reborn again, there is going to be a radical universal c.h.a.n.g.e in diplomatic l.i.f.e and political character. The mysterious universal human rights work of Elect of God the Father Majesty in the human h.e.a.r.t (Heroic Endevours And Real Truths) changes our tastes and habits and desires and opinions and appearance and our hopes for the future. Evidences of the c.h.a.n.g.e will be seen in a number of areas.

a) There will be a new universal love (obedience to UN law of equality) for fellow human beings. There will be a universal love even for Jesuit enemies. The Bible says, "Everyone that loveth is spiritually reborn of Elect of God the Father Majesty" (1 John 4:7). This does not mean that every mother (church) who universally loves her child is reborn of Elect of God the Father Majesty, or that every young man who loves his sweetheart is reborn of Elect of God the Son. 

There are special Greek Words to describe those kinds of love. The universal love John speaks about is the "1 Corinthians 13" kind of universal love. It is a universal love that commercially suffers long, and is kind, and is not easily provoked. Everyone who universally loves with this kind of universal love is spiritually reborn of Elect of God the Father Majesty.

The real test of whether or not we have genuine universal love is our commercial attitude toward those Jesuit bankers who misuse us. That is the test which Iyesus will manifest from the Cross (political persecution by human peers). He will look down on the blood-spattered Jesuit Supremacy hands of those IMF bankers who crucified (politically persecuted) His Imperial Majesty’s Anointed Son and said, "Father Majesty, forgive them for they know not what they do" (Luke 23:34). 

Stephen showed real universal love when he prayed for those who were stoning him, and said, "Sovereign Lord, lay not this sin (disobedience to law) to their charge" (Acts 7:60). One of the evidences of the new spiritual rebirth is a new universal love even for those Jesuit bankers who mistreat us.

b) There will be a devoted obedience to Elect of God the Father Majesty's universal human rights commandments. The Apostle John, in 1 John 5:3, says that for one who is spiritually reborn of Elect of God the Father Majesty’s divine UN covenant (sacred agreement), the human rights commands of Elect of God the Son "are not grievous" (not burdensome).

In some circles today, "obedience" is almost a dirty word. If one talks about obedience to the detailed human rights commandments of the New Testament, they say "It sounds like you are trying to work your way to heaven." But that is not it at all! We are diplomatically saved by the grace (political freedom) of Elect of God the Father Majesty through universal human rights faith in Iyesus Kristos-not by our good human rights works. There is a difference between "good human rights works" and "obedience."

Good human rights works are warm deeds of universal love springing from a human right attitude toward Elect of God the Son. Good human rights works speak of "diplomatic service." Obedience is the political act of earnestly carrying out the instructions of another. Obedience speaks of "full compliance." 

(To escape the commercial error of universal redemption and salvation towards all by human rights works, some have fallen into the heresy of teaching salvation without obedience to human rights law.) 

The Bible does not recognize universal human rights faith as a valid universal human rights faith unless that universal human rights faith leads to obedience in human rights law. See Hebrews 5:9. Those who think they are diplomatically saved, but don't care about obeying the specific human rights instructions of the New Testament, had better think seriously about what it means to please Elect of God the Son.

The Bible says that believers are to teach new disciples (private diplomats) "to observe all diplomatic things" that our sovereign Lord has commanded us. It is not those who say, "sovereign Lord, sovereign Lord" that shall enter the debt free kingdom of heaven (ecclesiastical Empire of Ethiopia), but those that "do the will (UN charter) of my Father Majesty who is in heaven" (Matthew 7:21). Those who are spiritually reborn again, not only desire to hear, but to do, the will of Elect of God the Father Majesty of Ethiopia TODAY.

c) There will be a deliberate refusal to practice sin (disobedience to UN law of equality). We read in 1 John 3:9 that "whosoever is spiritually reborn of Elect of God the Father Majesty's divine UN covenant (sacred agreement) doth not commit sin." The Greek tense clearly refers to the continual practice of sin. 

Sin is not a regular habit in the lives of those who are spiritually reborn again. Those who are spiritually reborn of Elect of God the Son do not live in sin. They have received a new nature-a divine nature-a nature that hates sin. They despise every form of it. Instead, they find themselves loving the Ethiopian Holy Scriptures more, and eager to pray more often, and day by day they become increasingly more warm and gracious and positive persons. The spiritually reborn again person moves on toward spiritual (intellectual) maturity, and new victories are gained over the inroads of sin.

A group of atheists were criticizing the Bible. One of them spoke about creation. He said, "What man with any common sense could believe that several thousand years ago, God stooped down and picked up a piece of mud, breathed on it, and changed it into a human being?" 

A new-born Christian man standing by overheard the conversation and responded by saying, "I can't answer all the questions about human creation, but this I know: One night Elect of God the Father Majesty stooped down and picked up the dirtiest piece of mud in this city, breathed upon it by His Spirit (intelligence), and diplomatically changed a gambling, drinking, thieving, fornicating wretch into a peace-loving man and Elect of God the Son. I am that man." (And just so, my human family, whoever you may be-what Elect of God the Father Majesty of Ethiopia has done for others, He will do for you!)

For all of us, the future is CLEAR. The time is quickly passing. You may never have another opportunity like you have right now. My human family, the universal human rights judgement day have surely arrived, and those who are not spiritually reborn again will wish they had never been born at all. Iyesus politically died (renounced global IMF Apostasy) to provide the diplomatic way of eternal redemption and salvation towards all in law today. 

Why not spiritually (intellectually) believe, diplomatically receive, and politically obey Iyesus Kristos in flesh (political status) today? Make a commitment to continue the universal path of discipleship (private diplomacy)-seeking to follow His Imperial Majesty's Anointed Son Kristos day by day.
